Epic Engineering oversaw the construction of an underground electric substation located North of SR-73. This substation provides power from the city center area to the northern ranches area. Epic Engineering provided construction management and field and laboratory material testing services on this project for Eagle Mountain city. Services included testing of soils, aggregate, and concrete. Construction management services included weekly meeting with all parties, processing submittals, generating payment requests and recommendations for approval, final walk through inspections, and project closeout with the city.
