Epic Engineering oversaw the construction of an overhead 138 kV transmission line from the Northern Ranches area to the substation North of SR-73 and to the North Substation located East of Redwood Road. Epic Engineering provided construction management and filed and laboratory material testing services for the city. Services included testing of soils, aggregate, and concrete. Construction management services included weekly meeting with all parties, processing submittals, generating payment requests and recommendations for approval, final walk through inspections, and project closeout with the city.
