Epic Engineering oversaw the construction of an electric substation located North of SR-73 and West of Redwood Road in Eagle Mountain. Our team provided construction management and field and laboratory material testing services for Eagle Mountain city. These services included testing of soils, aggregate, and concrete. Construction management services included weekly meeting with all parties, processing submittals, generating payment requests and recommendations for approval, final walk through inspections, and project closeout with the city.
