This project in Salt Lake City included MEP design for a 6-story multi-family apartment building with seven different unit layouts and two commercial/retail spaces (3386 sqft, 1830 sqft) on ground level. The building also contains a Fitness Area, Plaza, and a Clubhouse room. Epic's MEP team worked with Think Architecture to complete the design.
