Epic Engineering’s Civil Engineers designed a water treatment plant in Duchesne county. Along with the plant, our team designed the associated infrastructure, access road and parking for the project. Epic Engineering’s materials testing team provided field and laboratory material testing services for the contractor. We set up an onsite mobile laboratory for testing of soils, aggregate, concrete, and asphalt.
