Epic Engineering’s Construction Management team oversaw the construction of Big Sandwash Reservoir, 16 miles west of Roosevelt in Duchesne County. Management included the water storage reservoir and transmission line to the site. Epic Engineering provided field and laboratory material testing services for the contractor. We utilized an onsite mobile laboratory for testing of soils, aggregate, and concrete.
