A few months back, Utah Valley Self Storage hired Epic Engineering to design a new addition to their existing storage facility in Orem, Utah. With our multi-disciplined team structure, we were able to perform survey, geotech, civil engineering, electrical design, structural design, and architectural design for the project.
We recently stopped by the site to check in and found that construction is progressing nicely. When the facility is finished, it will offer more than 45,000 square feet of storage space in 127 self-storage units on a 2-acre plot.
