Epic Engineering’s Structural Engineering team performed a detailed seismic analysis and oversaw the implementation of recommended infrastructure upgrades for the Parkview Office Building. This seismic retrofit upgraded the building from a factor II to factor III critical facility. Installed upgrades included additional base frames, Epic’s Construction Management team performed all construction inspections during the project.
