This California senior living center features four buildings: an assisted living facility, an independent living facility, a rehab center, and a medical center. In this current project, EPIC has provided architectural design, civil design, and structural design. We will also provide MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering services as the facility progresses.
